Theres nothing like looking at my favourite fashion bloggers to remind me that I'm not as cool as I used to be. I've been following the majority of these lovely ladies for as long as I can remember (Norelle, Violet) and a few are quite new editions to the mix, but either way they're all kind of out there in their own little way and looking at all their photos together reminds me that I don't even understand what my brain thinks I should be wearing anymore. It makes me want to stop replying to emails so that I don't have to choose clothes that I probably "wouldn't normally wear, but still really like, but probably don't suit my style, but I see the clothes and instantly know what would look good with them" because like is that even me? I change my mind about my style every week and I can never decide how I want to dress, can we go back to the entire vintage look being cool? because I was good at that! Anyway, away from the negative notes here, how cool are all these looks!!
I feel rather fancy in this outfit, I've noticed I wear these velvet disco pants (which have sadly now sold out in every colour wah!) quite often when attending events or going out with family. They go with everything and velvet is always super luxurious like this pink faux fur Warehouse coat. I'm kind of obsessed with faux fur at the moment, you'll probably have noticed if you've seen my cosy coat wishlist and I can't wait for it to be winter so I can cosy up in this all the time!! Also how cute is the colour? Its like a muted baby pink rinse which is quite unusual I think. I feel like I should be walking around the Birmingham german market with all the pretty christmas lights eating christmas food and sipping mulled wine, oh mulled wine!! I am so looking forward to christmas!
Once again the yellow daisy shirt returns, if you follow my instagram you're probably all sick of seeing it, but I for one am not as its soo pretty!! I actually found this entire outfit which minus the socks, coat and denim jacket is all from Glamorous! I always want to invest in PVC because it looks really cool, but I always think it doesn't suit me, although thats probably because the length of most skater skirts make my legs look stubby, but I'm really loving this muted pastel lilac as its quite and unusual colour, and purple and yellow are a favourite colour combination of mine so obviously I thought it would go together wonderfully! The added green colour was a happy accident, I just popped on the denim jacket and picked up my PB bag which I use pretty much every day now and realised it all went together really well!
